One of our Technicians will come to your property and see how much damage was caused by Smoke. Measurements will be taken and a scope of the job will be created.

Cleaning Household Contents
Any salvagable items within your property will be removed and cleaned to remove smoke residue. This includes clothing, furniture, glassware and any other household items.

Smoke Damage Cleanup
The walls, ceiling, flooring, windows and any other impacted surfaces will be cleaned to remove the toxic smoke residue. If non-salvagable, they will be removed.

Post-Smoke Damage Reconstruction
After the residue is removed, any structural parts of your property that needed to be removed will be rebuilt back to it's original state. Any items removed for cleaning will be returned to the property.

One of our Technicians will visit your property and assess the damage that was done by the fire. Measurements of the impacted area will be taken and a scope of the work will be recorded.

Securing the Property
Before starting the work, our Team will secure your property by boarding up emtry points and secure the structure of the property.

Fire Damage Restoration
Any structural damage will be torn out including walls, ceiling, flooring, roofing, etc. as well as any cleanup needed to remove toxic smoke residue. Any items inside the property will be removed and cleaned or deemed non-salvagable.

Post-Fire Damage Reconstruction
Before moving salvaged and cleaned items back into the property, our Reconstruction team will rebuild any walls, ceiling, roofing, flooring or other structural material that was removed earlier.
