After any type of Water Damage, whether it's a small leak or a flood, there is a very high chance of Mold forming in that area. One of our Technicians will come to your property to collect readings to see if there is Mold present.

If Mold is found, the area is infected is walled off so spores cannot travel into other areas of the property. Mold is extremely harmful to breathe in so this step is the most important.

Our technicians will sanitize the area, killing and preventing Mold from forming again and making sure the humidity levels are at the right level. If a lot of Mold is found, walls, flooring and/or ceiling may be removed. If items within the property were damaged by mold, they will be removed and cleaned if possible.

If any demolition work was done, our Reconstruction team will rebuild walls, flooring, ceiling to it's original state and any salvagable items that were removed from the property will be brought back cleaned and sanitized.
